This precision rotary base adopts 6061‑T6 aluminum alloy as raw material and is integrally formed by 5‑axis CNC milling. Equipped with circular array holes & positioning mounting bosses, the tight‑tolerance central bore delivers stable geometric accuracy and guarantees reliable performance for subsequent assembly.
Surface Finishing
Post‑machining processes include sandblasting to obtain consistent matte surface, followed by natural clear anodization. This treatment enhances surface hardness, abrasion resistance and anti‑corrosion performance for long‑term service.
